Family Day
The ILB and Thalia invite children and their families to the grand Lesesause celebration at the Haus der Berliner Festspiele on September 6. Books take center stage! With readings by Eymard Toledo, Dave Eggers, Ayşe Klinge, and Cornelia Funke, a search and-find picture book exhibition, arts and crafts, face painting, and a rally across the festival grounds. Culinary refreshments are also on hand for the moments between exploring and trying things out. And when the day slowly draws to a close, everyone comes together to dance at the live concert!
