The city-wide reading performance to kick off the 23rd ilb.
Since 2012, we have been getting in the mood for the international literature festival berlin [ilb][ilb] with the »berlin reads« campaign In doing so, we invite all Berlin literature enthusiasts, whether private individuals or institutions, to read at a location of their choice. This year, we are again encouraging works by authors who will visit us in Berlin this September. The city-wide reading performance offers a taste of the festival and is a welcome for the arriving authors. Parents who read to children and those who wish to read self-written or other selected texts are also welcome.
Please register your reading at berlinliest@literaturfestival.com no later than August 30, 2023. When doing so, please include the time and place of the reading, as well as the title and language of the text being read. You are responsible for obtaining the rights.
