Biography
Olga Radetzkaja, born in 1965 in Amberg, studied Slavic Studies and Comparative Literature and works as a literary translator, primarily from Russian and French. She has received several awards for her translations, including the Brücke Berlin Prize in 2020 and the Paul Scheerbart Prize in 2024. For the translation of the novel »Elektrizität und Himmelsfische«, she collaborated for the first time with Dr. Henriette Reisner. In addition to her work as a translator, she is an editor at the journal »Osteuropa.« Radetzkaja lives in Berlin.
