born in Clonakilty, County Cork in 1985, is a journalist and author of book for young adults and adults. She writes about feminist issues, fashion, and pop culture for various Irish newspapers and magazines. She was the Irish »Sunday Independent’s« Newcomer of the Year with her debut novel, »Only Ever Yours« (2014), and numerous awards followed. She has a weekly column in the »Irish Examiner« and is a frequent guest on television and radio programs, where she comments on rape culture in Ireland.
