Michela Murgia

born in 1972 in Cabras, Sardinia, is an Italian writer. She studied theology and later taught religion. Her successful novel »Accabadora« (2009; Eng. 2012) has been translated into 25 languages. Her new work »Istruzioni per diventare fascisti« (2018; tr: Instructions for Becoming a Fascist) is a provocative polemic on Italian and European Democracy.
