Biography
Michel Friedman was born in Paris in 1956 and moved with his family to Mainz, where he studied Law. He got involved in politics and in public life, among others in the Federal Executive Board of the Christdemocrats and as vice-president of the Central Council of Jews in Germany. He was a board member of several foundations and editor of the newspaper ‘Jüdische Wochenzeitung’. At present Friedman works as editor at the publishing house Aufbau-Verlag and as TV presenter.
