Max Czollek is an author, editor, host, and curator. He is co-editor of »Jalta – Positions on Contemporary Jewish Life«, curator of the Coalition for a Pluralistic Public Discourse (CPPD), and host of several formats, including the podcast »Trauer & Turnschuh«, which he co-hosts with Hadija Haruna-Oelker. Czollek works with numerous cultural institutions, including the Maxim Gorki Theater, the Jewish Museum Frankfurt, and the Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin. His essays – including »Desintegriert euch!« (2018) – are published by Hanser and S. Fischer, while his poetry is published by Verlagshaus Berlin. His debut novel, »Zweifelssohn«, will be published by Klett-Cotta in 2026. Max Czollek lives in Berlin.
