Lizzie Collingham

is a British historian interested in linking the minutiae of daily life to the broad sweep of historical processes. She most recently published »The Hungry Empire« (2017) which in twenty meals tells the story of how the British Empire reshaped culinary taste. She is currently the Royal Literary Fund Fellow at Newnham College, Cambridge.
