Cornelia Lanz

mezzosoprano, has worked with major orchestras including the Munich and Berlin Philharmonics and staged Handel’s »Imeneo« in Dubai and Janáček’s »Makropulos Affair« in Munich. She holds a scholarship from the Richard Wagner Scholarship Foundation, has received the Bruno-Frey-Preis awarded by the district of Biberach to talented young musicians, and was a finalist in Vienna’s Nico Dostal opera competition. In the association she founded, Zuflucht Kultur e. V., she works with refugees on culture productions.
