Judith Niehues

born in 1982, studied economics at the University of Cologne and San Diego State University. Since 2011, Niehus has been a member of the Cologne Institute for Economic Research, and from 2010 to 2015 she was a research affiliate at the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA). Her research focuses on micro data analysis and redistribution. In recent years she has concentrated, inter alia, on the economic situation of the German middle class.
