earned her diploma in Social Economy and her doctorate in social science at the Hamburg University of Economics and Politics. Since 1998 she has been a senior fellow at the WZB Berlin Social Science Center and conducting several research projects addressing the role of gender in business and research. Since 2014 she is leading an investigation of the transformation of occupational motivational structures.
