Hans-Gerd Koch

born in 1954, is a literature and book scholar. Since 1981 he has worked at the Kafka Research Center at the Bergische Universität/Gesamthochschule Wuppertal. He is co-editor of the critical edition of Franz Kafka’s works, in which he edited the »Diaries«, the »Texts Published in His Lifetime« and the collections of letters. He is also editor of the paperback edition of Kafka’s works in the manuscript version.
