Georg Seeßlen

Georg Seeßlen was born in Munich in 1948, is one of the best-known and most productive authors in the field of film reception and popular culture today. He has written numerous monographs about directors, actors and cinematographic genres, and works permanently on essays and multivolume books dealing with cultural and political themes of various kinds. His articles are regularly published by newspapers and journals. Seeßlen also has a blog. He lives in Kaufbeuren.
