Bee Wilson

born in 1974, is a British cultural historian, author, and food writer. For 12 years, she wrote the award-winning column »Kitchen Thinker« for the »Sunday Telegraph Magazine«. She regularly publishes articles in »The Guardian«, »The Times Literary Supplement«, »The New Yorker«, and »The London Review of Books«. She has received numerous accolades for her 2016 book »First Bite: How We Learn to Eat«.
