Practically a tradition! Since 2021, ECHO. ECHO. has been tracing the echoes of different voices, textual traditions, and narrative forms in works of contemporary international literature. This year’s »Echo Chamber« is all about the collective: collaborative writing practices are tested and collective memory is explored. The authors’ collective Wu Ming will talk about UFO sightings and the World Cup while Eastern European poets create queer temporalities beyond the linear.
The events take place in cooperation with the Cluster of Excellence »Temporal Communities: Doing Literature in a Global Perspective« at Freie Universität Berlin.
