Anna Pilar

*2001 in Berlin, was awarded for her text »Stimmbruch« at the Treffen junger Autor:innen in 2021. She lives in Dublin, where she studies law and makes music. Normally, as a singer-songwriter, she writes lyrics to her own music, with which she was also among the winners of the songwriting competition »Eine Welt Song« in 2021. But some things can’t be said in three minutes – her role model in poetry is Deborah Alma, whose humane and courageous poems inspire her to write provocative texts.
