Matthias Katsch

born in Berlin in 1963, was abused by two Jesuit priests being a pupil at the Canisius Kolleg there. In 2010, the philosopher took part in the exposure of child sexual abuse in the context of the Catholic church. He has been active on behalf of the victims ever since, for example as spokesperson for the survivor’s initiative Eckiger Tisch e. V. and as founding board member of the international association Ending Clergy Abuse. He is now a member of the German Inquiry into CSA.
