Laura Wihlborg

22 years old, studies literature in Stockholm, won the Swedish National Poetry Slam in 2008. Performed her poetry at several festivals and poetry readings all around Sweden as well holding workshops in creative writing. This year she participated in the World Cup of Poetry in Paris. Besides poetry, Laura will study playwriting at an art school in Stockholm this fall. Her poems are about everyday situations, worries and thoughts – always with a dark and comical twist.
