Victoria Lomasko and Irina Rastorgueva have been following the draconian repressive policies against regime-critical protest movements of the Russian civilian population and in other successor states of the Soviet Union for years. In their art and in their texts, they document their observations of conversations, everyday situations, and demonstrations. Lomasko draws and writes, Rastorgueva works both for the theater and as a journalist. Both had to flee and have since commented on events while in exile in Germany.
Hosted by Wladimir Velminski.
The event will be in Russian and German.
