Maryana Golovko und Max Smogol: Das Wortspiel

A project by singer Maryana Golovko and guitarist and sound producer Max Smogol from Kyiv, who met in Berlin while fleeing the war in Ukraine. Known through their joint work on film and music productions, they decided to record the album »Klangbilder«, in which they combine modern Ukrainian poetry, music, and song. »Das Wortspiel« presents both new works and songs by composers from the sixties during the Soviet thaw.
