Yuliia Kozlovets is Director of the International Book Arsenal Festival (IBAF) in Kyiv. A team member since 2012, she first curated the Program for Kids and Young People, taking over overall coordination in 2019. Book Arsenal is a large international event and an annual project of the Mystetskyi Arsenal since 2011, connecting Ukraine’s book and art scene with the international one. Previously, she co-owned a bookshop and worked in children’s literature promotion and non-formal education. In 2025 she received the Chytomo Award as Ukrainian Book Ambassador. Yuliia Kozlovets lives in Kyiv.
