Tatiana Țîbuleac is author and journalist. She was born in Chișinău, Moldova, and studied journalism. Beginning in 1995, she worked as a columnist and later as a reporter and news anchor at PRO TV Chișinău, as well as for UNICEF. In 2014, she made her literary debut with the short story collection »Modern Tales«. Her first novel, »The Summer My Mother Had Green Eyes« (2017), has been translated into several languages and has won awards. Her second novel, »The Glass Garden«, won the EU Prize for Literature in 2019. Her third novel »Când ești fericit, lovește primul« is being published in German translation in 2026. She lives and works in Paris.
