Rosemarie Milsom is a literary programmer, arts leader, and journalist. For 14 years she was founding director of the Newcastle Writers Festival, before being appointed Director of Adelaide Writers Week for 2027 to 2029 in May 2026. She is a member of the NSW Government’s Literature Board and the steering committee of the Global Association of Literary Festivals, and chaired the Walkley Book Award jury in 2023 and 2024. Milsom lives in Newcastle, Australia.
