Regina Riveros

Born in Venezuela, Regina Riveros is a poet, performer, and psychoanalyst. In addition to festivals in Berlin, where she lives, she has presented some of her performing work in Spain and Venezuela. In 2024, her poetry collection Tejido cardíaco [Cardiac Tissue] was published. In a series of poetic cycles, she writes in a sober, yet emotionally raw pared-down style about the heart, the body, and life. In Caracas, Venezuela, she co-founded the Musical Theater School of Petare. Since 2022, she organizes the event series Probador de poesías in Berlin, which is an independent project that offers a space for authors to experiment with poetry, sound, and performance.
