Heike Klüver is an internationally recognized scholar of democracy and a professor of political science at Humboldt University of Berlin, where she directs the Humboldt Governance Lab. Her research focuses on how democracy can be strengthened. Working closely with partners in politics, public administration, and civil society, she uses experimental and data-driven methods to translate academic findings into practical interventions that enhance democratic resilience.
