Paulina Frankiewicz is a philosopher, culture manager, and book editor. She earned her doctorate at the University of Łódź on the philosophy of absurdism and has been president of the Polish Albert Camus Association since 2024. From 2020 to 2024 she ran the bookshop Do Dzieła in Łódź, and in 2023/24 she was deputy director of the House of Literature Łódź. She is presently program director of the Kraków-based Conrad Festival. Frankiewicz lives in Kraków.
