born in 1985 in Aurich, East Frisia, is a journalist, war correspondent, author, and deputy editor-in-chief of »BILD«. After completing a traineeship, he began working as an editor at the »Emder Zeitung« in 2005. From 2009 to 2011, he served as »BILD«’s parliamentary correspondent in Berlin. In 2012, he became chief political reporter, gaining recognition for his coverage from war and crisis zones. In 2019, he was appointed deputy editor-in-chief of »BILD« under Julian Reichelt, with a focus on feature reporting. Since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Paul Ronzheimer has been reporting live from the war zone.
