Olivia Judson is an evolutionary biologist and author. Born in London, she moved to the United States at the age of ten. She studied at Stanford and Oxford and subsequently worked for «The Economist». Her first book, the bestseller «Dr. Tatiana’s Sex Advice to All Creation: The Definitive Guide to the Evolutionary Biology of Sex», has been translated into 20 languages and adapted into a television series. In 2018, Judson was appointed journalist-in-residence at the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science in Berlin. In 2020, she received a Guggenheim Fellowship for her research. Her new book, «The Co-Creation: How Earth Made Life and Life Made Earth», will be published by Penguin Press 2026. She lives in Berlin.
