Oliver Lubrich

born in Berlin in 1970, studied comparative literature, German literature, and philosophy in Berlin, Saint-Étienne, and Berkeley. He is Professor of German and Comparative Literature at the University of Bern and is an internationally renowned scholar of Alexander von Humboldt. Together with Thomas Nehrlich, he directs the editorial team of the »Berner Ausgabe«, a complete edition of Humboldtʼs essays in commemoration of his 250th birthday.
