Miriam Noël Haidle
is a paleoanthropologist and prehistorian. Before acquiring her habilitation in Tübingen in 2006, she worked as a lecturer in Cambodia and did research at the Aarhus Universitet from 2005 to 2007. Since 2008, she has been scientific coordinator of the research centre »The Role of Culture in Early Expansion of Humans« of the Heidelberg Academy of Sciences and Humanities in Frankfurt a. M. and Tübingen. Her research focuses, among others, on human cultural and cognitive evolution.
