Mehmet Kraja

was born in 1952 in Montenegro. He studied Albanian Language and Literature in Prishtina. During 1992-1999 he lived and worked in Tirana, Albania. After the war he worked as an editor of culture for the newspaper »Zeri« and from 2000 he was cultural editor of the newspaper »Koha Ditore«. Since 2002 he has taught Screenwriting in the Faculty of Arts, University of Prishtina. Since 2005, Kraja is a member of the Academy of Science and Arts in Kosovo.
