Max Deibert

born in 1994 in Berlin, lives in Leipzig and has studied literary writing at the German Institute for Literature since winter 2016. From 2010 to 2014, he first wrote for a youth blog and later for the local news at the Berlin »Tagesspiegel«. He also wrote a Berlin column for the youth-oriented portal »Bento« (S.P.O.N) in 2016. He received the 2014 Prenzlauer Berg Literaturpreis, participated in the 2015 Treffen junger Autoren, and is a 2016 Literatur Labor Wolfenbüttel grant recipient.
