Lavinia Frey is a cultural manager and has led the Internationales Literaturfestival Berlin since 2023. She studied history, theatre studies and philosophy in Zurich and Bern and worked as a director and dramaturg at Schauspielhaus Zurich and Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin. In 2007 she founded the agency Graf & Frey, conceiving the lit:potsdam, among other projects. From 2016 to 2023 she led the programmes of Stiftung Humboldt Forum as Cultural Director and managing director. She is certified in the Neuwaldegg Curriculum for systemic organizational development. She lives in Berlin.
