Katja Roloff studied Intercultural Communication with French and Portuguese at Humboldt University Berlin, including a Socrates scholarship at the Universidade de Coimbra. She works as an interpreter and translator for French, Portuguese and English, among others for the documentary film festival DokumentART in Neubrandenburg, the Hebbel-Theater Berlin, the Initiative gegen Abschiebehaft, and BABELS. Together with Ewa Bienkowska she organized the festival «ORAL HISTORIES: Menschen in Bewegung» in Berlin. Katja Roloff lives in Berlin.
