Julia Benner

Julia Benner studied comparative literature, English philology, and European ethnology in Göttingen, where she wrote her dissertation on »War of Words: Children’s and Young Adult Literature Against the Nazis.« She is a junior professor for children’s and young adult literature at the HU Berlin and created the concept for the lecture series »›Talkin’ ‘bout a revolution‹: Children’s and Young Adult Literature in Revolutionary Contexts.«
