Jacqueline E. Ross

is an American Professor of Law at the University of Illinois College of Law in Urbana-Champaign and was, before that, a federal prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Chicago (1990–2000). She is currently under contract with Cambridge University Press to write »Undercover Under Scrutiny: A Comparative Look at Covert Policing in the United States, Germany, Italy, and France«. She is currently a fellow at the American Academy in Berlin.
