Frank Wegner

born in 1971, studied literature and philosophy in Freiburg, Paris, and Cambridge (MPhil, PhD). He is the editorial director for international fiction at Suhrkamp Verlag. His main interests lie in the Anglophone and Romance languages; among other works, he edited the German translations of Elena Ferrante’s novels. He has also translated literature from the English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. Wegner lives in Berlin.
