Emmanuel Braconnier is a cultural manager and festival director. His career in the performing arts began in 1996 at «Festival Jazz au Fil de l’Eau» in Parthenay and has since chaired festivals across France, including in Avignon, Lille, Carhaix, and Paris. Since 2015, he has led the «Étonnants Voyageurs» festival in Saint-Malo, first as deputy director and, since 2026, as director. Braconnier lives in Rennes.
