Dorka Gryllus

Dorka Gryllus, born in Budapest in 1972, is a Hungarian actress. From 1994 to 1998 she studied acting at the Theater and Film Academy in Budapest. Parallel to her theater work, she took part in various Hungarian film and television productions from the mid-1990s onwards. In Germany she became known to a large audience through her role in Fatih Akin’s film »Soul Kitchen« (2009). Dorka Gryllus was also lead singer of the Berlin band RotFront from 2003 to 2012. She currently lives in Budapest.
