Biography
was born in Eisenach in 1976. She studied art history and German studies in Tübingen, Prague, Berlin and Halle an der Saale. She has been a free-lance writer and art historian since 2002. She was awarded the Hesse-Thuringian Prize for Literature and in 2006 received a prestigious Hermann-Lenz scholarship. Her most recent work, the collection of poems »Pontus« (2009) met with very positive critical acclaim. In »Die Zeit« Florian Illies wrote enthusiastically of the »outright and disturbing awareness of form and flowing beauty« in her poems. The author lives in Halle.
