Biography
Claudia Kemfert, born 1968 in Delmenhorst, is head of the Energy, Transportation, Environment Department at the German Institute for Economic Research and was Professor of Energy Economics and Sustainability at the Hertie School of Governance until 2019. As a consultant and policy advisor, she has been and is still active in various sustainability advisory boards and commissions. Her book »Mondays for Future« was published in 2020.
