Catrin Dafydd

Catrin Dafydd was born in Wales, Great Britain. Her first novel, »Pili Pala« (2006; tr: Butterfly), was published in Welsh and nominated to the longlist for the Wales Book of the Year award in 2006. Her first English language novel, »Random Deaths and Custard« (2007) was shortlisted for the book prize »Books to talk about 2009«. In 2009, her Welsh novel »Y Tiwniwr Piano« was published. Dafydd writes for the Welsh television series »Pobol y Cwm«.
