Candice Breitz was born in Johannesburg in 1972. The Berlin-based artist has been a professor at the HBK Braunschweig since 2007. Her moving image installations have been shown internationally. Her work can be found in the collections of museums such as the Tate Modern, New York’s Museum of Modern Art, the Hamburger Bahnhof in Berlin and the National Gallery of Canada. She recently completed the »White Noise Trilogy«, which includes her multi-channel works »Love Story« (2016), »TLDR« (2017) and »Whiteface« (2022).
