Bettina Gräf

born in 1970 in Leipzig, the skilled industrial sales clerk studied Islamic and Arabic Studies and Political Science and received a scholarship from the Carl Duisberg Company. Since 2001 lectureships at the Free University in Berlin, since 2003 collaborator at the Centre for Modern Oriental Studies in Berlin, until May 2010 postdoctoral fellow at the Berlin Graduate School Muslim Cultures and Societies. Her topics include political Islam as a discourse and practice and media development in the Arab speaking world. Dr. Bettina Gräf lives in Berlin
