Benita Sarah Bailey is a German-Ethiopian actress, filmmaker, voice actor, and lecturer at the Universität der Künste. She became known for the title role in the ARD series «Die Pflegionärin». In 2026 she will be heard in the WDR radio play «Gruß aus der Küche» (tr. Greeting From the Kitchen) and in several radio features. In October 2026, she will appear alongside Devid Striesow and Heike Makatsch in the Apple series «Where Is Wanda». On stage, she performs in Marburg, Weimar, and at the Maxim Gorki Theater in Berlin . She is a co-founder of JABEZA Films. She lives in Berlin.
