Biography
born in 1958 in Bucharest, is a multiple award-winning Romanian pianist. He studied piano in Bucharest, Rome, Geneva, and Hamburg and piano chamber music in Cologne. As a soloist he performs at concerts and festivals in Europe and the USA. He teaches at the Robert-Schumann-Hochschule in Düsseldorf and is professor for piano chamber music at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne. He also conducts international master classes and serves as a juror in competitions.
