Barbara Delać

Barbara Delać (born 1994, Kotor) has published two books of poetry: Tomorrowland (Narodno pozorište Timočke krajine – Centar za kulturu Zoran Radmilović: Festival mladih pesnika, 2018; Nova knjiga, 2019) and Gdje smo ovo, pričaj mi (translated as Where Are We, Tell Me; OKF, 2020). She is the laureate of the Festival of Young Poets (Zaječar, 2017), a recipient of the Brankova nagrada (Novi Sad, 2018), and the Berlin-Stipendium residency scholarship awarded by the Academy of Arts (Berlin, 2019) and Reading Balkans (Priština). During her residency in Berlin, she wrote the poem Gdje smo ovo, pričaj mi, which premiered in Berlin and was performed in collaboration with the singer-songwriter Sara Renar. This experimental and interdisciplinary work was published in 2023 by the Audio Store Transocia as an audiobook, available through the Book Zvook application. Her poetry has been translated into German, Albanian, French, Slovenian, Polish, Greek, and Italian.
