Asmaa Azaizeh

Asmaa Azaizeh, born in 1985 in Daburieh, is a poet, performer, and editor. Her debut collection »Liwa« (2011) received the Al-Qattan Foundation Award in 2010. Her works include »As the Woman from Lod Bore Me« (2015), »Don’t Believe Me If I Talk to You of War« (2018), and the memoir »A Year of Small Museums« (2024). Her poetry has been translated into several languages and featured at international festivals, including Avignon 2022. She lives in Haifa and works as an editor at Raseef22.
