Anna Thalbach is an actress, audiobook narrator, and visual artist. Aged six, she made her film debut in «Engel aus Eisen» by Thomas Brasch; more than 200 film and TV productions followed, including the Max Ophüls Award and the German Television Award. She debuted on stage in 1993 at the Berliner Ensemble and most recently played the title role in «Marie Antoinette oder Kuchen für alle!» on a German tour. In 2008, she won the German Audiobook Award twice and is also known as a literature expert from the ZDF quiz show «Der Quiz-Champion». Anna Thalbach lives in Berlin.
