Wolf Iro is an author and a department manager at the Goethe Institut. He studied Comparative Literature and Slavonic Studies at Cambridge, Oxford and Moscow, and completed his PhD at LMU Munich on the Soviet-Russian author Isaak Babel. Since 2004, he has held various roles in the field of international cultural exchange. He lives and works in Berlin.
